1. Our Commitment to You At Levani, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

2. Eligibility & Timeframe

• You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, email info@levaniwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. Return Process

1. Email us and await return instructions with the correct return address.
2. Securely pack the items in original packaging with all tags.
3. Ship with tracking to the address provided. Items are at the customer's risk until received by us.
4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other reasons (change of mind, sizing), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Non-returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing original tags or packaging.
• Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional events where sale terms were specified.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund.
• Exchanges for a different size are offered depending on availability.
